If nutritional information was all we needed, making the necessary dietary changes wouldn’t be so hard.

I seek to hold an empathetic, trauma-informed space for my clients to bring their food stories and memories to the surface, so that they may be witnessed, validated, and supported in finding deeper healing.

I believe this approach builds a strong foundation for a meaningful, lasting change in a person’s relationship to food.
